About Joe
Joe is a documentary photographer based in Northern Colorado.
His work explores the relationship between movement and stillness; searching for the moments where light, place, and people come together to tell stories that often go unnoticed.
A former photojournalist, his photographs have appeared in newspapers and magazines across both large and small markets, and he is the author of two photography books: SEOUL Urban Currents and Pulse and Pause: The Silence in Between.
His work focuses on presence rather than perfection, looking for the quiet rhythms, fleeting moments, and small details within ordinary life that give a place its character.
